ABOUT DRUMS
The ritual is a living organism and it is therefore never the same.
Just like the art I create. That's why each drum and rattle is different. It has its own unique sound, appearance and the intention behind it.

I create drums mainly from natural materials.

The membrane is made of natural leather. I craft from Deer's, Cow's and Goat's skins.

The drumstick is made of wood, leather and felted wool.

The wooden frame is protected with oil and beeswax.

I often decorate the back of the drum with thongs, carved pieces of wood or crystals.

Frame Drums are not only instruments for me, but also great companions in life and on the spiritual path.
